Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us with your order number before your order ships and we will cancel it and refund your original payment method. Once an order has shipped, the returns policy below applies.
Returns of delivered items
- You can return a delivered order within 30 days of delivery if the items are unused and in their original packaging.
- To start a return, email us with your order number. We will send return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, so we can make it right with a replacement or refund. We cover return shipping in these cases.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges for express shipping are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
To swap for a different bundle, return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.
